CM1150V and Xfinity Compatibility

I bought a CM1150V last year so I could get 1 gig internet.  When I installed it, everything was good.  Xfinity and Netgear both said it was compatible and I was getting 900+ mb.  Lately, speed tests have been a little slow so I looked on the Xfinity site and was supprised when it said my modem isn't compatible.  The exact text is "Incompatible based on filters".  The Netgear site says it is compatible and doesn't list any exceptions.  What's going on and how do I fix it or get it fixed?

    Its a gimmick from xfinity.

What it is is that their former 1gig plan is now 1.2 gig.

And the CM1000/CM1100/CM1150V only have gigabit ports.

So according to xfinity its not compatible. If you click on 900mbps it shows as compatible because a gigabit port can saturate 900mbps.

It gives xfinity a reason to say "upgrade to our equipment to realize your speeds"

Yours will still work and achieve the same speeds as before. Its limit was always its gigabit port and not the modems docsis 3.1.

What speeds are you getting hardwired into the modem?

Got a screen snip of the cable connections page and event logs from it.
