CM1150V Will not reset

I have a CM1150V that when powered up all the lights come on instantly and the unit will not reset no matter what I try including the 30-30-30 power cycle.

 

Any suggestions on getting it reset and usable?

    Disconnect the ISP coax cable line from the modem. Press the reset button for 10 seconds then release. 

    Check for access of the modems web page after a minute with 1 wired PC connected to the port in back, can you access 192.168.100.1 at all? If you can, then connect the ISP coax cable to the modem.

      No matter what I do the unit seems to be a brick. It will not show up on a PC and all the lights just stay on no matter what I do to reset it.
