CM1150v won't boot
I think my CM1150v modem is bricked. Comcast was out here today and the tech tried to re-provision the modem but couldn't get it to connect, now it is stuck in a boot loop. The led sequence goes:
1. all lights on <1s
2. 4 ethernet port lights 3s
3. Solid power led 15s
4. Solid power with uplink/downlink/internet lights flashing 20s
5. Solid power downlink flashing 60s
and it just repeats over and over... all that is plugged in is power. I've tried the standard resetting as well as the 30-30-30 method quite a few times at this point.
After holding the reset pin in for 30s it goes into a sequence where the power light and downlink/uplink/internet lights alternate blinking for about 10s before rebooting to the above sequence.
I've tried plugging a LAN cable in but it is just giving me a 169.254. address and 192.168.100.1 never becomes available.
The manual wasn't particularly useful in decoding the light sequence. Anyone have any ideas?

IF he did a 30-30-30 reset with out the ISP coax cable connected and this failed to bring the modem back to normal operation, then the modem needs to be replaced.
