CM1200 drops internet for 15-30 minutes every day at same time

When we moved I went ahead and bought this modem. Every single day since we've started the service the internet goes out for 15-30 minutes at the same time. Every single day.

 

All the lights appear to remain on, but I think it's a modem issue becuase I can't login to the admin page on the modem during these outages. I've attached the logs below. We've had a tech out and he said everything looked good on all the wires.

 

There was an additional issue in our area today for the 11:50 string of errors. The 13:21 error is what we get every day.

    Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. 
    Be sure there are not coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box. 
    Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem. 

     

    Power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON. 

    Try a different browser as well...

    Try a factory reset on the modem. 

    IF you disconnect the coax cable from the modem, can you access the modems web page with a wired PC connected to port#1?

      When it went down today it had a very large number of correctables and uncorrectables showing on one of the channels. I messed up my screenshot and then the modem wanted me to login again, but it no longer had a cable connection so I couldn't pull up the exact numbers.

      I powered it off for one minute after that and upon reboot it seemed to work, but that could also just have been the normal downtime that we get each day around this time while I was messing with it.
