CM1200 Won't Sync to Linksys Velop Mesh MX6200

New mesh system, at 6 months I started to have an issue with my mesh system disconnecting from my modem. For weeks now, it will not connect at all, it cycles like it is connecting then powers off. The modem log says Sync issues. I tried Linksys, no help, they have sent me two new mesh systems, none of them connect (same issue). Is the Velop just not compatible with this modem? The ISP has been out to check lines and no issues found. The speed when I connect laptop to the router is good, 915 Mbps/63Mbps.

I changed routers today, CM1000v2, just to see if it was the modem and still mesh won't connect. ISP left a Eero router and I connected it today, no problems. I really don't want to use the Eero as I need to pay ISP for it and purchase another one to cover sq ft.

Hope to get the Velop to work, any thoughts as to what the issue may be is appreciated-

Only thing would be to make sure your connecting the external router system to WAN Port #1 on the back of the CM1200 modem. That should be the primary ISP WAN servicing port. ALL other ports will not be usable since those ports require WAN IP address assignment from the ISP and which most ISPs only give out one WAN IP address per household and per one modem.

Be sure your using good quality LAN cable between the modem and router system. CAT6 is recommended.

Contact Linksys for help and support informatoin regarding there product.
