XFinity already has it on their compatibility list for Gigabit speed supported cable modems.
- They all three have it on the list that’s what the original issue was. Is it going to be a Broadcom or puma chip?

You don't need a CM2000 modem for 1Gig connections. There are other model modems that handle 1Gig connections.
