I wondered if the CM1200 on another ISP would allow the other ports to be enabled. I have a 1200 as well but didn't get a chanced to try the other ports. I know the CM1100 and CAX80 work on Sparklight.

On xfinity, the cm1100 and the arris sb8200 both didn't allow more than 1 ip address (more than 1 router) to be used.
