CM2050V-speed capped at 50Mb download in a 500Mb plan

The CM series is a modem, not a router.

Which ISP is the modem connected with? 

What FW is installed ON the modem? 

What brand and model host wifi router is connected to the CM Modem? 

What speeds do you see if ethernet connected directly to the back of the CM modem with a ethernet connected PC? 

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

ISP told me this router is compatilble, and they advised me to contact Netgear, which I'm doing, because it might be a software fault on device's side.

 

It seems this is a secret device only ISPs have access.
