CM2050V with the RAX200
I have used both the CM2050V and the RAX200 together since 2020. All of a sudden the front status lights are not working on the CM2050V and occasionally I will get a message that the internet is not working. I called Customer Support and I was told to purchase a 5 year plan or a lifetime plan and the problems would go away. I was not clear on what I am purchasing. Please assist.

Which ISP is the CM modem connecting to?
What is not working on the LEDs in front of the modem? All OFF?

When the lights are failing, it tends to indicate a hardware issue. Whoever you contacted was more than likely a scam site and not a legit netgear site. They pop up all the time.
