I am having problems factory resetting this modem. I feel the reset button click the modem powers off then back on but it does not reset the password. Any suggestions?
Try a 30-30-30 reset with the modem disconnected from the ISP cable line.

Try this, disconnect the ISP coax cable from the modem, then press the reset button in back for 15 seconds then release. Leave the cable disconnected, give about 1-2 minutes and see if you can reach the modems web page at 192.168.100.1 with a PC connected behind it.
