your Signal levels are bad.
for downstream: TONS of Uncorrectables
for upstream: you got partial service and just ONE UPSTREAM channel that is hanging on last leg. It could die anytime
I strongly suggest you to call your ISP and ask them to fix the line.
If you have any splitters or bad cables, remove it
If you have other outlets in your home, try those if they are better.
Who is your ISP?
Is this old home or new build?

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
- jannamoreJul 22, 2020AspirantNo splitters that I can see and I replaced the coax between wall and modem with new 3ft. RG6 coax. Technician coming out tomorrow to check wiring and install point of entry filter.
