CM500-100NAS
Xfinity ask for SSID number but it is not on the modem's label.

Are you talking about activation?
If so, that'd be the mac address.
The CM500 is a modem only device. It has no routing functions or ssid.
Are you calling them to go through activation or going the automatic route?
