CM500 Blinking Lights

I had been using a CM400 with my Spectrum internet but in the last month was getting service interruptions more and more frequently so I decided to purchase a CM500 thinking maybe my modem was the issue. Installed the CM500 and now I see a green blinking downstream light along with a solid amber upstream light.

    If you log into your modem, can you post a screen shot of your connections page?

    I'd also recommend removing any splitters, amplifiers, 90 degree elbows, extended runs, cheap connections, or kinked cables from you line.

    Have the ISP check the signal and line quality up to the modem from there side.
