CM500 ethernet blinking green
Hello,
My ethernet light keeps blinking green at all times when I connect a router to the internet port. I have tried buying a new router because originally I thought it was the router but that has not worked. I have a coax cable connecting the modem into the wall port (but to be fair i’m not sure if there is a right type of coax cable i should have for wall use). I have tried resetting the modem, resetting the router, resetting both at the same time, turning them off and on and waiting, etc. I’m lost.
