CM500 intermittent brief connection issues TWC
My cable modem is dropping internet connectivity recently for a few seconds then reconnects. My neighbors recently installed ATT on each side of my house and I know ATT was inside the box that's in between our houses, I mention this as there's not been any other changes to the system and it never lost connection before they came out to install my neighbors stuff.
My event log is below I saw somewhere where someone said to check the time zone which the router is 1 hour behind the correct time, unsure if that could be the cause but it does not appear that this router gives me any control over changing anything, thanks for your help in advance!

I see alot of T3 and T4 timeouts I would say there is a signal issue going on with TWC they may of messed with some cable lines when installing stuff at your neighbors home. I would have TWC send a tech out to check the lines in your place and out at the pole.

Thanks, I pretty much figured, which thank GOD when I called them yesterday the tech was inside the US so English wasn't a problem, they're sending out someone Saturday......zero issues today HA so after 4 days of problems the day after I call it resolves itself, but I'm going to have them double check everything anyways.
I don't get my 300 down as advertised, which I suspect is because I have an OOMA (VOIP) box on the line and that seems to suck up a massive amount of my bandwith
