Upstream power is still too hot (ideally should be dropped by 6 dB if possible). I think someone at the ISP side need to reduce one of the attenuators in the upstream direction.
are you facing any dropouts?

I have one splitter in a bedroom with a power supply feeding it. I call it a wall wart. There may be one more splitter at the box outside.
Would it be worth eliminating the one outside and I believe I don't need it anyway. To get a quicker or smoother connection?

yeah, better to eliminate spliters you really dont need.
are you mixing Satellite (direcTV, Dish, etc) and Cable connections in your home? I guess now. Most people who have outside splitter, they have Internet from Cable company and TV service from satellite guy. OR sometimes it is just something old owner put that in.

No, comcast for tv and internet. im getting a diagram together so ill know how the wire runs and what splitters are there. I know its a littlke jacked up cause they were in a hurry. The installers didnt know ive been a low voltage tech for 20+ years lmao. Will get back to you on counts.
