I came home tonight to my CM600 modem with a green power led and a blinking amber downstream led. I have looked into the led states, but found no reference for a blinking amber downstream led. My ISP ...

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Jul 30, 2022In the cable connection page of my modem, there is no locked channels at all, and everything is set to zero, not locked, or unknown. I have walked around the house to make sure there is no break in a cable. The error that I keep getting says "SYNC Timing Sychronization failure - Failed to aquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing; CM-MAC=*redacted*; CMTS-MAC=00:00:00:00:00:00;CM-QOS1.0;CM-VER=3.0;" if I clear this message and refresh it pops back up immediatly.
I have been using this modem without any issues for at least three years now. Also when it boots up, the power led will be green and then the power button turns red, the up/down stream LEDs are amber and the internet led is green and all four blink in unison ten times before holding solid for about 3 sec and then the power led turn solid green, and the downstream led blinks amber.
I am trying to eliminate all issues on my end before having an ISP tech come and look at things.
