CM600 Not Displaying Correctable/Uncorrectable for all Channels

I've noticed, as have several others (dslreports.com), that the CM600 only displays correctable/uncorrectable counts on the first 16 channels.  The latter 8 always show zero.  Even if, for example, Channel 18 is my sync channel (displayed first), then channels 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 will show zero.  It's always the last 8 channels displayed in the status page.  This would seem to be either a firmware issue or product limitation.

  • Have you reached out to Netgear support?  Curious what they have to say.

I have a CM600, but my node only uses 16 downstream channels.

Not yet as everything is working fine - more of an annoyance to be honest.

I'm happy with my CM600 - I purchased it to replace my Arris SB6190 which has the Intel Puma 6 packet loss/jitter issues.  The CM600 moves packets just fine, but the web interface is a little 'meh'.  For example, it would be nice to know the modem's uptime.

That said, I shouldn't be visiting the mgmt page much since the modem works so well!
