CM700 - Network Activity LED
I just installed Netgear Nighthawk AC1750 Smart Router. (BTW...performance increase? WOW!) Prior to this installation, Network Activity LED was showing normal, green, flickering according to netwo...
your laptop or whatever you connected to the Router via hardwired ethernet connection is running on 10/100 Mbps and not Gigabit. thats why it shows BLINKING AMBER LED.

Would an (old) HP LaserJet 4250, hardwired to the router, cause the same thing?
As long as it is not warning of a problem, I am okay with it. Just paranoid, after a month-long wi-fi battle! First ISP line cut, then upgraded modem, per cable guy recommendation, then router because of wi-fi calling (T-Mobile) issues.
Still have antique printer and PC. Those may not get upgraded for a while! LOL!
