CG3100D LED Ethernet light is BLUE
Hi, I am experiencing very poor wifi, with drop outs from devices, and one or two devices simply not connecting any more. Nothing appears to have changed in our usage patterns... I looked at the modem, and the only thing I can see is that the ethernet LED at port #1 is a solid blue, whilst every other connection is green. I switched the blue cable from port #1 to port #3, and that lit up as blue as well. I've searched the manuals on line, and there is a scary lack of 'blue light' info. Can anyone please tell me what this blue means, and if it is the reason for all the drop outs..? Oh, yes, and in a perfect world, how I might fix it, please...
