CM700 Internet Dropping and High UnCorrectables

My internet cuts out for about 15 seconds once every 20 minutes. I contacted xfinity and they did something on their end, but it did not work. The support person said they boosted the signal. I have had no previous problems for the 2 years I have owned the CM700 modem and Nighthawk 7800 combo. My CM700 is running v 1.02.08 and my 7800 is running v 1.02.82 (i downgraded to test if software was an issue). In my modem's error logs, i get a constant "Lost MDD Timeout" and "SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync." This is an example of what my router error log sasys when the internet cuts out:

You have a ton of errors in your line.

Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
If you can, simply connect the modem right where the coax comes into the home. This prevents wiring in the home from being the issue. And some ISP’s charge if the wiring issue is in the home. So this helps prevent this.

If that doesn't help, then the isp needs to actually check the line

Wow thanks for the fast reply. Unfortunately, I live in an apartment complex. From the ISP box on the street, the wire is split once, three times, then when that already split wire enters my apartment, it is split again three ways. One of those three ways is plugged into a Verizon box that is not in use, the other goes to my neighbors, and the final goes to my modem. I do not think I can change any of this. This isse only started about two weeks ago. They are doing constructions across the street, and I think they split some new wires somewhere because the ISP box lid was off when I went and checked. Thanks for your help.
