CM700 Multiple random disconnects a day

For the last week or so, my internet keeps dropping out for a couple of minutes and then comes back up.  It is very frustrating....espcecially when you just cancelled your cable TV to go with a streaming service for less than half the cost.  It my modem logs, I keeping seeing T3 and T4 errors during the time the issue is occuring.  I have attached my logs and my signal levels.  I have no spitters between where the cable comes in and the modem.Modem Logs
