CM700: No admin interface?

I just hooked up a new CM700 and got it provisioned remotely via TWC.  Internet is working fine and have a R7000 hooked up as my internal network router/wifi.  On the bottom of the CM700 it says that the default gateway is 192.168.0.1 with admin and a default password.  I have tried to plug my computer directly into the CM700 (with ipconfig /renew to pull a new IP) but am unable to access the CM700.  I also checked to see what the gateway address was once I did the ipconfig /renew.  Of course the address is completely different and appears to be an IP assigned by TWC.  I tried opening that address but it never will connect (times out).

Is there an admin interface for the CM700 that is customer accessible?  I want to change the default password but cant get in to change it.
