Cm700 rebooting?

Every morning when we first use our phone it seems our Internet briefly works then just stops for a few minutes. I'm unsure if the modem is rebooting because when this happens I can't access the Web page of the modem either. Has anyone seen this happen? I just called the isp and they said the modem has been up for a day and didn't see any issues. Ugh. Can't physically verify it because at 330 am it's in a room someone is sleeping in.

    Have you checked the modem logs?

      I returned it.  Per my wireless, my internet kept going down with that router.  Router wasn't rebooting but it was unstable.
