Cmd31t all lights steady solid green, no connectivity
I've had this refurbished modem for about a year, and has been working more or less without hiccups. Now the modem lights show green across the board even though there is no connection between my devices and router. I've contacted Comcast cc and they've reset the connection multiple times saying that they are able to reach the modem with their signals. I've even tried bypassing the router with a direct line from the modem to my pc. Still nothing.
I've had connection issues with the modem before, but they seemed to resolve after a quick reset on the back of the modem. This time though, after multiple resets of both the modem and router I end up with power, Internet, DS, and US lights solid green and not even flashing.

- Thank you for replying DarrenM. That's the first thing I do when faced with any connection problem. It turns out that my issue was resolved. The power supply of the router was acting up. It kept turning on and off, resting itself constantly. So I went out and got another 5v adapter. I have a working connection now, phew! But what was once a rave party on my modem (flashing upstream and downstream lights) is not so at this moment (all lights sold green) perhaps it will come around by itself.

Have you done a factory reset by holding the reset button for 10 seconds.
