Comcast Activation of Gig Service on CM1000
I have just had comcast install the cable and attach it to the modem. The connection seems good. I can see the modem through the browser, but can’t connect to the internet to activate the service. ...
Have you tried another web browser to complete the activation with comcast?

Yes, it was a Comcast problem not my equipment. They needed to upgrade their equipment to handle 3.1
