Comcast modem

I have a Comcast cable router. When I hook up my base station and go to my app to try to set up the system, the router does not recognize the base station. What do I need to do?

    Are you referring to an Arlo base station? If so, be sure your mobile device is connected to the same WiFi network as the base station (not the data connection). You could also consider trying from a different device such as a PC. If you're still experiencing issues, consider a factory reset of the base station and then try running through setup again.
