Computer connects to router but no Internet connection
Our Netgear C3700 stopped working and ISP tech support told that there is some issue with modem. Hence we purchased new C3700 and tried but says connected no internet. However , Other modem(belkin) is working with same internet connection. ISP(Suddenlink) support is pathetic They don't understand our problem. Can anyone suggest what we can do? Tried factory reset, hard reset everything. Ethernet connection is also giving same problem.

Could be an issue in the ISP billing system only assigning the belkin modem to receive the internet connection. You may want to call and double check they have the netgear modem active in the system when you try to use it.
