Connecting to AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem Router C6300
I would like to connect to my AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem Router C6300 by WiFi but cannot see the SSID that's written on the product label (NETGEAR04) in the list of available networks. The indicator lights show that WiFi is on and that both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands are active. I've tried to connect using both an iPhone7 and a 2021 MacBook Pro. Running a factory reset has not resolved the issue. Do you know what might be going on here?
Note that I do not currently have a coax connection because I'm missing the cable, but expected that I could connect to the router nevertheless. I don't have a device that supports a wired connection, unfortunately. The full list of indicator lights is (see page 7 of https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/C6300/C6300_UM_15oct14.pdf for details):
- WPS button/LED: constant green.
- WiFi button/LED: constant green.
- Power LED: constant green.
- Downstream LED: flashing green.
- Upstream LED: off.
- Internet LED: off.
- 2.4 GHz LED: constant green.
- 5 GHz LED: constant green.
- Ethernet LED: off.
- USB LED: off.
Thanks for your time and insights!
Glad it worked! Even if I didn't do much ;)

A couple things.
1. Your device isn't getting connected to the isp or both the upstream/downstream lights would be working.
2. even if they aren't working, you should still be able to connect to the router. You might need to borrow a wired laptop or purchase an ethernet--->usb adapter so you can connect something hardwired to the router. Maybe your label is incorrect with the ssid name or it isn't properly resetting. So you'll need to log into the device to check it.
