Have you checked with your isp to see if they didn't disable the wifi on there side?

I didn't even know that the ISP could do that, and I'm not sure that that was my problem but I did call them to have them reset on their side and did another factory reset and now all is well. The guy from the my ISP tried telling me that since I have bought my own modem and I am not renting theirs that it was probably not compatible. LOL what a joke. After a year of it working fine now it's not compatible? Xfinity support is garbage.

Yea when you called them they could of enabled it and not told you that was the issues they might of just said they did a reset.
