Convert from Time Warner (Spectrum) to WOW

Dear Netgear Community,

I recently switched ISP from Time Warner (Spectrum) to WOW.  The technician who installed my service was unable to remove the Time Warner firmware from my C3000 so that I could use it with my WOW service (despite the fact that this device has a hard reset.)  He suggested that I contact Netgear to get help, but I am unable to find a method of contacting Netgear outside of this forum.  So, if anyone out there can tell me what I can do to remove the Time Warner firmware (or how I can contact Netgear directly to ask them) so that I can use it with my WOW service I would really apprecate it.
