Is there a way to change the ReadyShare IP Address?

Sorry C7100V.Every since the last firmware update this Router performs differently than before. Speed is fine but Adding IP Addresses with an IP doesn’t seem to work any longer. I cannot see how RreadyShare locks an IP: 192.168.0.5???

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since the update? What browser are you using? Several Factory resets have been done and the browser has not bearing IP Address assigning.
