Hello wonders

 

Have you tried to factory reset the device or try changing the admin password.

I couldnt do the factory reset because i couldnt access the modems menu, and the paper clip in the hole was a no go, its just flat and poking did nothing.  I did finally get to the menu and do the reset.  I also have changed the pass, but it still happens even when i remember to logout instead of just closing the window.

    To factory reset you have to hold down the pin hole button for 10 seconds.

      Hmm, it doesnt feel like there is a button in it.. it doesnt move.... It feels solid when i put the paper clip in it.   =)  and did I say thank you for your help?  Thank you.
