Do I need R7500v2 with C6300?
Hello, I bought the C6300 Cable Modem and did not realize it had a built-in router. I also bought the R7500 v2 smart wifi router. Do I need it? I want to switch over to internet TV, and we also have 3-4 folks in the house on their devices. Is this duplication?

If you're happy with the Wi-Fi coverage provided by the C6300, then you don't need the R7500v2. OTOH, if you have a big residence, then you could use the R7500v2 as an Access Point to expand your Wi-Fi coverage. It has to be wired to the C6300, which could be impractical.
