DPC watchdog violation

I don`t know if I post my question here right or not. But there are something wrong with my PC and the dpc watchdog violation. I have a Windows 10 dell,  It showed me the note DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION" and an error code of "0x00000133". when I upgraded my system to windows 10. Now I can`t open my Windows normally, no mentioned to the wifi connection.

    Maybe there are something wrong with 0x00000133 code error that will cause the dpc watchdog violation problem. Maybe I need to use device manager in Windows itself to solve it. Actually it is necessarry for me to detect the program regularly with a driver updater, maybe it will be useful to avoid the situation happen again,

         Not really.  It's a Windows problem, almost certainly nothing to do
      with any Netgear equipment.
