Errors when ISP tries to upgrade C6300 my firmware
Am having wireless speed issues and found I'm still running on firmware V1.02.20. Called Cox (my ISP) and they tried to upgrade me to V2.01.14 and I saw the below errors in the C6300 log.... Feb...

I would try to factory reset the unit and try again if that does not work I would suggest contacting support if it is under warranty.
