Ethernet ports dead slow

Hi,

 

from very beginning the ethernet ports of this c7100v have been dead slow (at 4-6Mbps), while wifi gets the full 50Mbps.

Saw the entry about QoS, but coudn't find qos anywhere in the router setup.

 

Any ideas whats wrong with this?

    what is your actual provisioned speeds?

    what device are you testing with?

    which website are you testing with? 

     

    there is not router qos on the Cable devices. 

    It supports DOCSIS QoS but it is configured by the ISP to prioritize your voice packets.

      no specific website, but Mlab speed test.

      actual measured speed wifi: 67Mbps

      actual measured speed ethernet: 5.5Mbps

      Measurements both with the same Widows 7 laptop (Dell XPS L502x), 20 sec apart (time to disconnect wifi and connect cable)

      Upload speeds similar wifi vs. ethernet.

       

      Also, firmware of the router V2.01.30
