This performance is especially disappointing since you can buy an IQrouterv2 from Amazon for less than $150. The IQrouter has the LEDE firmware pre-installed, which contains all the fruits of the bufferbloat research - see What can I do about Bufferbloat?. (The IQrouterV2 is a TP-Link Archer C7, with the new firmware: it'll easily keep up with a 100 mbps cable modem feed.)
