Im haaving issues with my modem like the others. I am on cox cable how do I fix my issue?
Are you on the old firmware (v.1). Definitely worth getting up-graded to v.2. The issues I had completley disappreaded after the up-grade (connectivity speed also increased).
Again, I recommend to chat because it's less frustrating and generally saves time.
