Firmware
Is V2.01.16 still the current firmware for cox because I am currently on V3.01.02 and as of recently I have been having a lot of issues?

Hi,
what kind of issues are you having?
cox is in process of upgrading the whole network to 3.1.2.
Please post your issue + event log details.

I am sorry it took so long to reply. I cleared all my logs because it was a mess and in the past couple of days, I have not had anything in the event log. Although that maybe, the amount of uncorrectable codewords keep rolling in. I usually have none but I will let this speak for it's self.

I messaged you all my info and I called cox early this morning to see if they could reset my modem on their end. The problem still is on going. I have noticed though sometimes when I log into http://192.168.100.1/, I get the GUI of a cable modem/router combo. I dont use any other netgear products besides my modem and I have a asus ac3100 as an AP along with my pfsense box. Just making sure also that I didnt have a lose rg6 cable, I crawled through my attic and doubled checked everything. I also checked the cable connections coming into my house. I replaced the cable that connects to the modem over a month ago because COX ran 3 spliters off of one rg6 cable to provide my house with internet and tv. After fixing their hack job, it is one splitter from the line into the house and directly into my modem and I used rg6 quad shielded cable with a braid of 80/40. I also replaced the cheap .75 cent splitter off the main line that COX installed and it is the correct mhz. I did the same with the poe filter. After I did all of this, I had no issues what so ever till now. I also make my own patch cables and they are all cat6. I tested all of them to make sure none of them were bad. I am sorry for the long reply, I just wanted to provide as much information as possible about my setup. I also can link everything I have and used if it is needed.
