Floppy antennae on C6200
I just purchased a C6200 cable modem router, and straight away I noticed that after attaching the antennae as tightly as possible, they still remain fairly loose and floppy, especially the right one, which barely stands up straight. On both you can see that the washer between the tightening mechanism is loose and looking inside the router housing, the nut which the thread goes into looks extremely loose and is free to pivot at an angle/rotate around, almost like a screw that's in too large of a hole. I also have a R6330 router and the antennae on that are not floppy at all (the antennae came attached on this one). This does not seem normal, and I'm worried that not being able to position the antennae properly means my devices are able to pick up a signal less effectively.

Hi tpaplham
Good day!
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
First of all, we are sorry for not being able to get back to you immediately due to the backlogs. Are you still having the issue? If the antenna is the problem, hardware replacement should fix this. Did you try returning the device to the store and have it replace from there since this is new?
Please do not hesitate to let me know if you need further assistance.
Regards,
Oliver
