Frequency Start Value - N600 WiFi Cable Modem Router

I've tried contacting my ISP (Comcast/Xfinity) and Netgear, both have not been very helpful. My internet is sluggish and constant drops connection both on wired and wireless devices. Could you please help me identify the issue? Please let me know what data I can provide to help it trying to resolve this. I think it might have to do with the frequency start value:

I'm trying to identify if this is a hard ware or software issue.

Thanks!

There is a lot of uncorrectables happening on channel 8 could be some type of connection issues happening. Do you have any splitters connected to the modem? have you tried to remove them?
