Frequent Disconnections

Ever since I changed my networks Port Forwarding in order to change my NAT Type on my Ps4 from 3 to 2, I have been getting at least one two random disconnections daily and the error I get on Chrome relates to something with DNS server. I changed my DNS to Google (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4) and the issue still occurs.

Everything works, my NAT Type changed, but these random DCs are getting very annoying. I may have done something wrong in setup and I honestly don't expect someone to tell me exactly what I need to do to keep the NAT type 2 and not experience frequent dcs (unless some does, that'd be great), but I'd like to undo pretty much everything I did just so these DCs stop occuring.

Does anyone know how to do a reset on all my Advanced Settings back to default?

And how do I properly setup a Port Forwarding Table to not experience these DCs?

Are these disconnections with wired and wireless?

Only on PS console or with other devices?

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.

Disconnections are on the PC, which is wired.

I am using auto channels for the wireless, I can switch it to manual but I'm not sure if that will resolve the issue.

The ISP had installed a new coax cable with splitters 6 months ago. Again I doubt that's the issue.

This was never an issue until I added a bunch of port forwarding on the "Port Forwarding/Port Triggering and made adjustments to my to the Gateway DHCP server IP.

If anything, is there a way to do a factory reset on the settings that I had changed? I think I'd just like to go back to the way it was.

      Thanks for the comment!

Yes, press the reset button in back for 15 seconds then release. Setup from scratch.
