Genie app no longer working properly when trying to manage my router. I have tried re downloading
I have a c7000 v2 and the genie app was working great. Now the app doesn't work at all. Doesn't show network name, network map only shows one device, no speed test. Pretty much the app is useless now. Has anyone had this issue or know of a fix? I've downloaded the app multiple times and no change. My router is not supported with the nighthawk app either.

The Genie app is becoming out of date and may no longer support any NG product.
- JpandersenAspirantIs there another app I can use? Nighthawk app isn't compatible. Or am I forced to use router login to manage my router?

Make sure the Genie app is up to date.
You'll need to use a web browser and the modems web page to do any modem mangagement.
