Genie password

I forgot the Genie password. (not the wifi router password, just the Gennie software on my computer). How do I get it back or replace the password ?

    Hi pablocarc

     

    If you can not logged in using the default password or you forgot the password then you are probably going to have to reset your router to its default settings.
