Help to install Nighthawk ax6 router modem

I have a new Nighthawk AX6 WiFi router modem model cax30. I am having great difficulty getting it up and running. I need help

I'd agree with FURRYe38 Contact the ISP. Some modem/router combo devices go into a boot loop when they don't detect a connection from the ISP.
