I bought a Netgear c3000 modem and tried to connect it to my Cox internet service. The modem box says speeds up to 340 but Cox is saying it cannot handle the speed I have signed up for (300). Is the ...
It may not handle that speed it may do with how many downstream channels the ISP needs on a unit to provide that kind of speed.
