Help

Contacted ISP Cox - should be done from their end. App tells me firmware out of date. When i try to sign on I get no internet

    well you didn't give us much. 

    1. what router do you have? is it a modem/router device?

    2. did cox provision it for your services (if its a combo device)?

    3. what firmware are you on? 

    4. have you tried setting it up using a pc/laptop and not the app?
