how is correct local system time set?
Have C3700-100NAS, currently running firmware V2.02.08 upgraded thru Comcast xFinity ISP.
In troubleshooting still open issue with the embedded web interface failing after about week uptime (see separate posting: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Cable-Modems-Routers/embedded-web-interface-fails-after-week-runtime/m-p/1315907) noticed unit's local system time is off by one hour, guessing maybe due to daylight savings shift?
Discussion with Comcast xFinity ISP tech support, they indicate their internet service feed does not set the local device system time, particularly if device is not rented unit with Comcast's xFinity-specific firmware.
As far as can determine, embedded web interface does not provide user configuration for setting local system time -- how is correct local system time set?

On almost all the Cable Modem Routers, there is no way to set time.
time is recieved via DOCSIS ToD (Time of the Day) from Comcast ToD server. Irrespective of Retail or leased product, Comcast should be sending ToD to your modem.
As noted in initial post, feedback from Comcast xfinity ISP tech support indicated that incorrect local time on modem is not issue with their internet service feed.
As shown in modem Advanced->Administration->Logs, after reboot of modem, modem logs [Time synchronized with ToD server] event but corresponding timestamp of logged event is one hour behind correct local time (see attached screenshot of log)
Also as shown in modem Advanced->Administration->Event log, after same reboot of modem, modem logs Critical (3) priority event "SYNC timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing..." (see attached screenshot of log)
Could incorrect modem time issue be related to possible firmware flaw not properly recognizing proper local timezone daylight savings?

Hello Starbound
As vkdelta said this is coming from the ISP but there servers do not use Daylight savings to avoid having issues with time mismatches.
