how to keep landline when moved to fibre
ISP Vodafone, Fibre Modem OpenReach, one ethernet connector. Router: Netgear RAX 50 no phone connector. Moved from copper land line to Full fibre. Need to keep land line. is there a Netgear Router with a phone connector? Vodafone Router DOES have phone jack but is inferior to RAX50. Is there any other way of solving this. I've tried adaptors into the ethernet connectors. Nothing works.

You could try double-routing.
Start with the RAX50 in front, and connect the Vodaphone router to one of its LAN ports. Then put the Vodaphone router in the DMZ. (Obviously turn off its wifi).
If that fails (though it shouldn't), try the other way around. Routing performance might suffer - depending on the Vodaphone specs - but you could still take advantage of the RAX50 wifi and other features like OpenVPN, etc.

My first step would be to connect the Vodafone router to the fiber modem, plug a telephone into the Vodafone phone jack, and see if it works.
i.e.
- Is there a dial tone?
- Can it make phone calls?
- If you call the previous phone number, does this phone ring?
If not, it is time for a serious talk with Vodafone. One would assume that moving a service from copper to fiber would include moving all services that Vodafone provides.
There are no Netgear routers that support telephone service.

If you still have a RJ11 supporting land line phone then you'll need to contact the ISP on what kind of phone services they offer and what is available for phone support there. You may need to swap out the copper land line phone for a ethernet supporting phone. Ask Vodaphone on how to get something set up.

Possible.
KenHall - does your Vodaphone router have an ethernet LAN port? Or is it something else (for instance DSL)?
